Description
in windows the device can be left in a receiving state. Well, this is generally not a good idea, so we should either find a way to detect release, or reset the device when the service starts. Should check how linux detects release and see if we can get teh same behavior from windows with libusb-win32.
So, the shutdown endpoint packet appears to be Linux specific, though I'm not sure if windows might be sending something else.
