changes for RHEL/CentOS

I had to make a small change to the init script to make it recognize RHEL/CentOS (which is basically the same as fedora). I also had to make a change to the spec file - I had to disable the building of the debug packages (or else it would complain when building the rpm that the debug files weren't specified in the %files section). I'm afraid I don't have much experience with spec files, so this may need some massaging to work with all of the rpm variants. I've attached the diff files.

Thank you for the patches. I'll take a look at them and see about getting them into the next release. I'm leaving this tiket open until the changes are in and confirmed working....
